Governors, parents, staff and pupils all work together to foster the harmonious atmosphere that defines our community. The school also has many links with the wider world of Abingdon and Oxfordshire. We work closely with our local parish and the primary school of St. Edmund’s and regularly share our many facilities with the local community.
Our enthusiastic and committed Governors, who bring with them a wide range of skills and professional expertise, take a very close interest in the school, while our committed Parents’ Association provides vital support through the many fund-raising events it organises. We also have strong overseas links with schools in Uganda, and OLA has been the regular recipient of the British Council’s International School Award.
With such an active community, OLA always has much going on across the year.
