- Conditions of Admission 1. Fees are payable in advance and should be paid no later than the due date on the invoice. Any accounts outstanding after this date will be subject to a surcharge. 2. Contractual liability remains with the signatories on the original application form, irrespective of who subsequently pays the fees. 3. Fees are not refundable in the event of ill health, enforced absence, or if any pupil is required by The Head to leave the School. 4. A full term's notice is required in writing before the withdrawal of a pupil or before the discontinuation of any subject for which extra fees are payable.
