OLA Makes a Splash: Triumph in Thrilling Swimming Gala!

Last Wednesday (29th Jan 25), 25 spirited pupils from Years 5, 6, and 7 took to the water to compete in a thrilling swimming gala against St. Helen and St. Katharine. The event was a splash-tacular success, with a total of 25 races spanning distances from 10 to 50 meters.

Our talented swimmers showcased their skills in all four strokes, competing fiercely in both individual and team events. Their dedication and enthusiasm were palpable as they pushed through the water, giving their best in every race.

The atmosphere was electric, with cheers and laughter filling the air, as great fun was had by everyone present. The final score was a testament to the hard work and effort put in by our pupils: OLA emerged victorious with a score of 131 points, narrowly beating SHSK, who scored 124 points.

A huge congratulations to Team OLA for their outstanding performance and team spirit! Well done, everyone – you made us all incredibly proud!
