Nurturing Excellence, Challenging Minds

"Age Quod Agis" - "Whatever you do, do it well."

At OLA, we believe the right education is about more than just academics; it's about embracing the magic of childhood while preparing for adulthood. OLA is not just a school; it's the best journey towards a bright future.

At our school, each child embarks on a unique educational journey guided by our mission statement and ethos, encapsulated by our motto. We provide an individual approach that nurtures every child's full potential, helping them thrive both academically and as individuals.

Mission Statement

As a part of God's family, we learn to love, respect, and forgive, guided by His Word. We believe that every person is uniquely created by God, with gifts to be recognized, celebrated, and developed. Inspired by our foundress, Catherine McAuley's words, “To each according to their needs,” we foster a culture of respect for every individual, regardless of background, beliefs, or ability.

Our aim is to build a loving, caring, and welcoming community where all can grow as children of God. In partnership with parents and the wider community, we strive to respond to God's call for faith, mercy, and love. We value integrity, compassion, openness, forgiveness, reconciliation, cooperation, and courage, cherishing each child's unique gifts.

We nurture wisdom, a love for learning, independent thinking, self-worth, and care for one another so that all may achieve their full potential. Staying true to our mission statement, “To each according to their needs,” we encourage every pupil and OLA Sixth student to discover and explore their personal gifts within a supportive environment.
