Our Lady's Abingdon - Book a Taster Day for any year group, on a day and time to suit you

Book a Taster Day for any year group, on a day and time to suit you

For Lower School Entry

Research has shown that between the ages of 7 and 8 children develop the attitudes, abilities and relationships that help them to succeed in education. It is therefore important for your child to be in the right school, receiving the right stimulus to direct this development. For a taste of Years 3 to 6 we invite children from Year 2 upwards to experience a day at our school; try a wide range of activities, meet our teachers and make new friends.

At an OLA Taster Day children get to join in on a normal school day and be part of an actual class as well as meet their ‘buddy’ for when they start at OLA.

All Year 2 pupils who are seeking Year 3 entry and current Year 3 to 6 pupils seeking entry to OLA are invited to attend a Taster Day.

For Senior School entry

Each child who joins us embarks on an educational journey, directed by our mission statement, providing for each one in accordance with their needs and encouraged by our ethos summed up in our school motto …

Whatever you do, do it well
Our ethos provides an individual approach that ensures we uncover a child’s full potential and nurture them to achieve, enabling them to thrive both academically and as people.

At an OLA Taster Day children get to join in on a normal school day and be part of an actual class as well as meet their ‘buddy’ for when they start at OLA.
